If your parcel falls any of the listed reason, you may return your goods:
Goods received in a damaged condition. Incorrect goods shipped. If you did not received parcel, you can request for redelivery too else our verification department once approved we will process your moneyback application.
Note: All the goods should be sent back to us in orignal packing and accessories if any.
You can send us your request mentioning “Moneyback ” in subject field. As soon as we received goods from yourside and our verification department approves, one of our customer service agent will entertain your request with facility of exchange or a prompt refund.
Packages are usually shipped within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped by express courier so that the package is delivered to you within 3 to 7 days from the date of shipment. You will also receive an email containing the tracking number of the package.
The shipping costs include the handling and packing costs as well as the shipping costs.
The shipping costs depend on the quantity ordered and the destination address. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
